Important key notes:

1. 1. Kindly note that all goods are subject to inspection by MRA in Malawi and maybe randomly opened and checked at the border.
2. 2. Our prices include MRA duty on household goods and personal effects on assumption that they are clothes and groceries.
3. 3. ⁠Any high valued items might attract extra costs as deemed by MRA. (Sender to bear the extra costs if any). Please always inform us if you are sending such in drums or boxes.
4. 4. ⁠All our consignments are not fully insured. We have freight liability insurance. If you are sending vehicles or high valued items, kindly arrange to buy marine insurance separately.
5. 5. Kindly note that our company operates in accordance with the British International Freight Association (BIFA) standards. We are a qualified member, meaning we have no any liability on partial losses and have limited liability in the case of complete loss of billed/invoiced items.
6. 6. ⁠BIFA standards stipulate a compensation of £2.00 per every kg or £2 000.00 per tonne for completely lost or stolen items (packages). There is no compensation on partially stolen items.
